Who can use ILL?
- To be eligible for ILL services, you must either be employed by or currently enrolled at NMT, and in good standing with Skeen Library. This means that your 900# (Banner ID) and your library account both need to be active.
Who can't use ILL?
- Community borrowers are not eligible to use Skeen Library's ILL services. We recommend that community borrowers contact the Socorro Public Library for their ILL needs.
- If your account falls under one of the following conditions, you are not able to use ILL through Skeen Library:
- No longer employed by or enrolled at NMT;
- Overdue ILL or NMT materials;
- Unpaid ILL or Skeen Library bills;
- Incomplete or inaccurate contact information;
- Violation of Skeen Library policies
